PREP TIME 5 minutes SERVES 6 COOK TIME 10 minutes DIFFICULTY Easy

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 1Cup Googys OG Protein pancakes

  • 1Cup White Wolf Vanilla protein

  • ½ Cup water 

  • 1Cup Oats to bulk up the batter as well as add complex carbohydrates (optional)


METHOD

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius Line muffin tin with muffin cases Mix all ingredients in a bowl, slowly adding the water until the consistency becomes slightly runny, while still holding its shape Scoop into muffin cases Bake for 10 minutes in the oven Leave to cool before eating
