Immune Booster Shots

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 tbsp Manuka Honey

  • ¼ tsp Organic Road Turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp hot water

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½  inch fresh ginger root, freshly grated

  • 1 tbsp Cleopatra’s Certified Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 medium lemon, juiced

  • Dash of cayenne pepper

  • Dash of Natural Road Himalayan sea salt

  • Dash of freshly ground pepper

METHOD


  1. Whisk honey, turmeric and hot water until smooth.

  2. Add garlic, ginger and apple cider vinegar.

  3. Add orange and lemon juices.

  4. Add cayenne, salt and pepper.

  5. Whisk together and drink first up in the morning as a 60ml shot.

  6. Store extra Immune Booster liquid in refrigerator.
