Paleo Immune Boost Smoothie Bowl

NGREDIENTS


  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp Organic Road Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 medium avocado

  • 2 tbsp Organic Road Raw Cacao powder

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • fresh blueberries

  • Organic Road Pepitas

  • goji berries

  • hemp seeds

  • Brazil nuts, chopped

  • Natural Road Almond Butter (optional)

METHOD


  1. Place the milk, maple syrup, avocado and cocoa powder in a high-powered blender and process until smooth.

  2. Add the frozen blueberries, banana and ice and process until thick and creamy.

  3. Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, pepitas, goji berries, hemp seeds and Brazil nuts. Drizzle with almond butter if using.
