INGREDIENTS
1/4 C hemp seeds
1/4 C sunflower seeds
1t onion powder
1t garlic powder / flakes
METHOD
Add all ingredients to your food processor and pulse/blitz until crumble forms.
Sprinkle on top of your favourite dishes
