Lotus Rolled Triticale Flakes are a hybrid of wheat (titicum) and rye (secale). It is not refined and retains all the nutrients and benefits of the whole grain. They have the combined characteristics of wheat and rye and have a milder nutty flavour. Use as a replacement to wheat, rye or brown rice in recipes.
