Beef Balls

PREP TIME 10 mins SERVES Make approx 30 balls COOK TIME 30 mins DIFFICULTY Easy

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg beef mince

  • 1 medium brown onion

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 spring onions finely diced

  • 1 cup cooked peas

  • soy sauce/tamari (gluten-free)

  • curry powder to taste

  • salt and pepper

  • dash of BBQ sauce

METHOD

1. Preheat oven 180°C (160°C fan-forced). 2. Place all ingredients in large bowl. For best results, use clean hands to mix thoroughly. (Great job for the kids!) 3. Form into balls. Roll balls in rice crumbs (a gluten-free version of breadcrumbs!) to make them just a little more crispy and golden. 4. Place on an oiled oven tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Makes around 30 awesome balls, keep in the fridge for five days.
