PREP TIME 10 mins SERVES 4 COOK TIME 1 hour DIFFICULTY Easy
1/2 cup chia seeds
375 ml rice milk or almond milk
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbs raw honey
Zest and juice of 1 orange
Plain unsweetened yoghurt (optional)
1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
Grated dark chocolate, to serve
Place chia seeds, milk, cacao powder, vanilla powder, honey and orange zest and juice into a large bowl, mixing well to combine.
Place bowl in fridge for 1 hour or until set.
Divide mixture among 4 small, glass serving bowls.
Top with yoghurt and orange segments, then serve sprinkled with grated dark chocolate.
