PREP TIME 5 mins SERVES X COOK TIME 5 mins DIFFICULTY Easy

INGREDIENTS

  • 60g raw cacao butter, chopped

  • 40g cacao powder

  • 20g organic coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp coconut syrup to taste

METHOD

1. Melt raw cacao butter, coconut oil and coconut syrup in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water (no need for extra heat from stove). 2. Stir with a whisk until just melted. Whisk in raw cacao powder until combined. 3. Continue to whisk for a couple of minutes allowing it to cool slightly and everything to combine so it’s smooth and glossy. 4. Pour into molds or container and put in the fridge to set. Best to store in the fridge, as it will melt fairly quickly in your hands as this is not commercial chocolate that has been tempered and contains additives.
